How works substitute or replacement?

Hi,

I'm trying to assign a substitute or replacement to an project in RPM, but i'm not sure how to do this. Any help?.

I looks that i have not avaliables subtitutes to my project, so i can not assign one.

How can i become a person avaliable to do a replacement?

Not too clear on your question.

I presume you are looking to provide a substitute for an RPM item...

Under "Portfolio Management", click on the "Substitute" tab. The front end wil then prompt you to select the entity (Item, Bucket etc.) for which you want to provide substitute.

The system then displays all such entities (say, you selection was "Items").

You'd then need to select the item row for which you intend to provide substitute. Click on the "Assign" button, and then search for the user you want to provide as subsitite. Click on "Add" and then "Save". Once you want to unassign, click on the "unassign" button on the same page...
