SNP does not create Stock Transport Order

Hi All

I can't get SNP to generate Stock Transport order.

Demand is shown in SNP screen and after running location heuristic no STO is generated.

Transportation lane exists as results of master data transfer with special procurement key.

Can you please advise what needs to be checked to get STO generated.

PS: If i delete Transportation Lane for special procurement and transfer one for procurement from external vendor, then SNP generates Purchase Req fine.

Hi,

Check whether your Transportation Lane created for the product that you are looking for STO? What procurement type you are using?

Transportation lane is created for the product which i expect to be used in STO.

Procurement type in ordering location is F.

Interactive Production Planning does not create STO either

Please make sure the transportation lane is not locked. tcode /n/sapapo/scc_tl1 , double click on the product in question and in parameters tab check the value of block indicator - it should be "available" .

Also check the validity dates - someone could have gone and manually expired the validity

Hi All

For Interactive planning problem is solved by specifying PP/DS Horizon product master.

So after interactive planning STO Purch. Req is created.

But this PReq is not shown on SNP screen.

I suspect there might be some problems with planning book settings for SNP.

What can be wrong?

1, The transportation lane must be valid.

Please checkStart Date and End Date in the Transportation Lane)

2. The order must fall within the lot size parameters defined at the transportation lane

3. The Aggr. Planning indicator must be set for the means of transport in the Transportation Lane

The following special procurement types from ECC are not supported in APO:

Withdrawal from alternative plant, direct production / collective order, phantom in planning.

Please can you analyse my post above regarding PP/DS planning run.

Can the issue be in planning book settings in SNP?

Since results (P.Req) from PP/DS planning are not visible on SNP screen.

Finally SNP created STO Purch.req 😮

The problem was in product master: Procurement tab, in planned delivery time field there was value 130 days. I changed it for 1 day and SNP created STO.

Now question is why if planned delivery time is big, SNP does not create STO.

When you transportation lane created Can you please check if the respective product is also get CIF to APO for source location and it is present in APO active version.

Yes, product also created in APO for start location (source) and assigned to active model (000).
