GRC 5.3 SP12: Role comment

Hi together,

if i enter a role comment in the request, where does this comment appears?!

The approvers doesn't see the comments.

Any ideas?!

I believe there is a history log always generated in the comments section. You have to go specifically in the comments section and they are usually there.

No, thats the problem.

If I enter, as e.g. roleowner, and I want to see the request-comment for the role in the tab "comments" there isn't anything available. Although I have enter a comment by requesting the role.

Only in the tab "request reason" there is the normal standard comment.

Just want to check one thing here, If you go to the configuration tab. GO to Request --> Administration.

Search for your request and open it up. Do you see your comments here?

Hi Alexa,

The role comments are hidden. I don't like the way they are shown and would like to see them improved.

Go to request details -> Find the role name with comments -> Click/mouser over on the information symbol which is on the left of the role name and you will see the role comments.
