SAP Netweaver PI RWB Alert-Configuration

Hello Experts,

I need help. I want to go to the Alert-Configuration in the RWB but I always get the following error:

Business Server Page (BSP) error

SAP Note

The following error text was processed in the system:

The URL contains no complete domain specification (win-netpiserv instead of win-netpiserv.<domain>.<ext>).

Exception Class CX_FQDN

Error Name

Program CX_FQDN=======================CP

Include CX_FQDN=======================CM002

ABAP Class CX_FQDN

Can anybody help me solving this problem? Do I have to do any Configuration?

Hi.

try to use the Fully Qualified Domain Name when connecting.

Hi guys,

For us this problem occured on PI 7.1.

Our solution: Tools --> Exchange Profile:

Verify if all hosts itens from RuntimeWorkbench has the value with FQDN. Also com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.name.

First thanks for your links.

The problem was, we haven't set up a domain on our Windows Server.

But now we are facing another problem. If we try to start a BSP-Application from a client it seems that our server is routing to the internet and the BSP is not shown.

If we start the same BSP from the server. It still works fine.

Any ideas?

The issue is coming because of incorrect domain name mentioned.
