registering new SAP Instance: licence key and installation number

Dear All

we have SAP IDES and SAPSOL systems and recently installed Development system and want to do the post installation activities which require the registration of the new system with SAP in getting the installation number and so.

we have the hardware key and system ID '00'.

CAN ANY ONE TELL HOW TO PROCEED?

1. development team or basis team.

2.please check with client on the same for getting it done.

Hi Balaji

we are the client.we have installed new instance for DEV server.

we have hardwarekey.but in service market place, when we go for reporting an error,

we WILL BE NEEDING "system number and installation number" which will be seen

on our market place screen.

That should be registered with SAP.

Any one from SAP, Will you sort this issue on priority basis.

we have to go further for post installation activities.

this is of high priority .
