Change CTO order, VBAP-CUOBJ generated as '999999990001'

Hi Expert,

We creating CTO orders with BOM material. While VA01 creation, there are no issues happening.

VA01 - We could create the CTO order with 1,2 or more line BOM items.

Save.

Then The issues happend:

VA02, we are trying to add 1 more BOM item in the orders, then we check VBAP-CUOBJ generated as '999999990001' which is obviously different with others like norml number range '000000000003333'

Then we quit from the transaction, go back to VA02. we could not access the Order and Got SAP error message:

'Internal error in communication between configuration and sales doc.GET_CONFIG_MODE'

I checked few SAP notes like 557641, and run report RCU_CHECK_CONFIGURATION to reset the VBAP-CUOBJ # to 0, then i could access the order, but if we maintain classfications for this item, we will get the error again....

Anyone knows what might be the issue??

Dear Hoo Laa,

You can refer the Note 522779 - Internal error V1854 GET_CONFIG_MODE

Could be useful.

As per note, there might be configuration changes/ deletions happend , but the documents/ materials which are already created still in use.
