Advice for istance parameters

What kind of istance parameter should be increased for this system with performance issue?

I's a ECC 6.0 ABAP Only on Solaris 10 SPARC win Oracle 10.2.04, 48 GB ram.

Double click on one of the red fields, and in the next scree select "current parameters". There you can see exactly which paremeter(s) belong to the field.. Increase them and check if they turn red again after some time..

Can I increase freeely... or is there guideline, SAP note?
