Hi,
Is Non-PO Spend measure an internally calculated figure by SPM for all Invoices which do not refer to PO ? Can we do similar things to create a new measure like P-Card Spend for example.

Hi,
Yes these are key-figures that are calculated in the transformation to invoice DSO (detail layer DSO). Sure if you want additional logic or new measures with logic you can build your own.

Hi Rohit,
We are trying to use Restricted Key Figure in Spend_Analysis_Final Query for P-Card Spend (based on Inv Doc Type). We have defined a new Restricted KeyFigure and added it to Query and results are showing-up in RSRT Transaction.
However this newly defined Restricted Key Figure is not visible in SPM UI in spite of refreshing Data Source and clearing local cache of the browser.
Any pointers ?

Hi,
Is this a global or local RKF. If this is local RKF then you will need to provide a unique technical name for this KF in the query. When you do the refresh datasource in UI check to make sure the technical name shows up in the list of measures, only then you can expect reports with this to retrieve data.
If you re still running into issues, please open up a customer message.

Hi
Whats the purpose of seperating the pCard spend, is it to do a side by side comparison with Spend in a seperate column?
Or is this just a case of filtering?
RKF is a good solution for the first case, its unnecessary if you are going for the second case. What ever logic (dimension values) you are using for determining the pcard in the RKF, you can directly use those in filters. Infact you could create the filtered report and save it as "pcard spend" and use that going forward.
So can you explain what your use case is?
Regards
Rajesh
