Receiver Mail Adapter

Hi All,

I am facing a weird problem in receiver mail adapter.

My scenario is Proxy - XI - Mail. I see the message successful in SAP PI Integration Server(SXMB_MONI) and also in RWB message monitoring. I am using dynamic configuration and all the properties are getting picked up properly. What bothers me is the recipient of the mail says he didn't receive the mail. Where else could it be stuck. He was receiving the mail till last month.

Hi Ravijeet,

As everything seems to look fine from your side.

Ask the receipient, whether he is able to get mails from others. Also ask them to check if there are any changes in the mail settings.

Message Protocol = XIALL

Authentication Method = Plain

User/ Password given

From, To = mail id

Content Encoding = base64*

My SMICM -> Services show SMTP as green checked.

My settings are

Transport Protocol = SMTP

Message Protocol = XIPAYLOAD

URL = SMTP url given

Not using User Authentication

User/ Password given - Yes

From, To = mail id

Content Encoding = base64*

Verify SMTP settings in tcode SMICM. Goto->Services

Hi,

Can you see if your receiver MAIL adapter is having some errors?

RWB-Componentmonitoring-adapter engine-communication channel monitoring

also check the audit log of the message delivered via mail adapter, is everything correct there.
