VC for Netweaver 7.01 "Vs" VC CE7.1 EHP1 for BI Selection Option Variables

VC for NW 7.01 has the feature of representing the variables that are defined as selection options in BI query to show value ranges for F4 help in Visual Composer. Is this feature removed from VC CE7.1 EHP1 SP3? I cannot create multiple ranges for input to a variable to a SAP BI Query. My connection type in Portal is "SAP system using dedicated application server"

I developed custom functionality to accomadate this feature. Some of the nice to have features from the BI VC environment are missing in the CE VC version.
