Hi Sap Gurus,
We have one punch-out catalog which is configured in the SRM system. This catalog is assigned to users. One particular user is not able to access this catalog and she gets the error indicating that "page cannot be displayed". Apart from this catalog we have also few other catalogs in our system when this user accesses those catalogs they will be displayed with out any issues.
I have checked with my credentials and this catalog is working fine for me and Internet explorer versions are same IE 7.O for me as well as the other user. I have also checked user system and I could not find any pop-up blockers. We have also checked the tools menu in Internet explorer and every thing looks ok.
We have also checked the org. structure for this user and are similar to all other users who are able to access the that particular catalog.
We requested the user to check in his colleague system with and there also he was not able to access the catalog. However his colleague is able to access the same with his credentials in the same system.
We are not sure what is preventing the catalog to get accessed by this user.
Can anybody help /advice / guide in this please.

Hi
This seems to be an issue with Internet explorer settings of the user affected.
Verify the following settings in Internet Explorer -- Tools--> Internet Options --> Privacy.
In the settings section hit the Advanced button.
Make sure Override Automatic Cookie handling indicator is active and ACCEPT is selected in First and third party cookies.
Always allow session cookies can be de-selected here

Please test direct catalog call from browser without SRM.
