Error - Unable to Load Profile for User SAP_XMII_User

Hi,

When I try to build the user menu via Navigation Service -> Navigation for the role SAP_XMII_USER, I am getting blank HTML page

when select the role from dropdown.

I looked at the NWA log, I am getting the following error

"Unable to Load Profile for User SAP_XMII_User".

FYI, We are using MII 12.1.

What service pack and patch level are you at for version 12.1?
