Inventory is clear but Bin is with Inventory active sign.

Hi,

I have several circumstances where Inventory document doesn't update properly after inventory count is done.

1. Sometime even after all the Quants of a particular Inventory record are cleared, ( as found from Bin Data) the header status of Inventory Document remains N ( not counted)

2. Sometime even after all the Quants of a particular Inventory record is cleared ( as found from Bin data) the Item status of the Inventory Document remains as partially counted ( Status A) for the same Bin

Do we have any program in place to clear off such Inconsistency?

Presently we are using SAP IS AFS Solution and not R/3.

We have already a program ZLLQUASKZSI is place which removes if there is a discrepancy in quant level and Inventory Doc level. Like the Inventory Doc is with status cleared ( status L) but at quant level it's with status counted (status Z). But this program doesn't help here since quant level status of the above problem is Cleared ( status L).

Please help.

Have you done LI20 to clear thye count in WM, This will get rid of the 'Inventory active'

How about LL01? I am not sure is it in the IS AFS solution.
