Creating new PO Form Using SFP Adobe Forms

Former Member

I need to create a new PO form using Adobe forms transaction SFP. I found form MEDRUCK_PO which I plan on copying then changing for our needs. What confuses me is how to access my new form from PO processing? I've been told that in SPRO SPRO > Materials Management > Purchasing > Messages > Forms > Assign Form and Output Program for Purchase Order

have to change my formname to my new form name but when I try to do that my form is not one of the available form names when using the search "FIND FORM".

I was able to save and activate my new form but can't enter it in SPRO.

Thanks,

Helen

Hi,

Please chek it again

In txn. NACE.... Choose "application EF" for Po then click on "Output types" Button, then choose your output type and double click on Processing routines... here you define like this

Medium: 1

Program: "Program Name"

Form Routine = Adobe_Entry_Neu.

PDF/Smartform Form = "Adobe form Name"

Form Type = PDF.

Regards

GK.

Hi GK,

would you happen to know the PDF based print program to use in this case? Form routine ADOBE_ENTRY_NEU does not exist in the SmartForms based programs, and I can't really see how to find any documentation on this anywhere - just very generic info.

Thanks for any help
