Hi Experts,

Need your assistance for the below mention error

" Internal error in communication between configuration and sales doc. GET_CONFIG_MODE "

The above error displayed and stops processing the sales order in VA02 screen, however in VA03 screen same sales order can be viewed.

Please guide me where the error, how it can be resolved.

Hi,

The problem is caused by a program error.

Check the following SAP notes:

355968

557641

335639

368440

539323

303446

601680

Depending on your SAP support pack check which notes are applicable and apply the notes.
