SIS - Add new Sales Organization

My situation is the following:

I added a new Sales Organizaton making the corresponding entries in OVRO and OVRP.

After thar I made a test with a Customer and a Material with the corresponding Customer Statistics group and Material Statistics group.

But transactions with this customer/material are not been picked up.

Is there any customizing missed?

hi,

please do the settings as mentioned below:

maitain statistics group for customers/material/sales documents.

assign for sales document types/sd document item types.

to capture the data for std. reports we require to activate statistics groups as under:

item category in config.

sales document in config.

CMR in Master data.

MMR in master data.

Those settings were already done.

In fact we are already using the same configuration for other Sales Organizations, same Sales Document and Item Category.

We just wanted to add a new Sales Org. so we updated the settings on transactions OVRO and OVRP.

Check if field STAFO in VBAK is updated.

I've checked and the field VBAK-STAFO is updated with value '1'

OK, this is not the origin.

Other suggestions.

Check if the updation for the new infostructure is on.

Hi,

The updation for the new infostructure is on, in fact we are already using this structure for other Sales Organizations.

I´ll checke the mentioned SAP notes.

Hi,

Check if you have any condition in the updation of this SIS (ie: you have any filter in a subroutine similar to VOFM). Check too if you have enhancements (I forget, they work in background, so it's difficult to do a break-point). It's possible that you have hardcoded the sales organization in these reports.

I've solved this issue.

The problem was that at item level, the material has another "Division" and the Customer for that Sales Area had a different Stat. Group as the one entered on OVRP and OVRO.

When executing tr. OLI7 marking the option "Redetermine Upgrade Group" it works fine.

We'll have to analize to correcte de Customers MD or to complete those values on OVRP and OVRO.
