WorkCenter Incident Manager. You are not the message processor.

Hi experts!

Could you help me!

I defined own partner functions

I set up Service Desk functionality for working into WorkCenter Incident Manager

All ok!

But When I want to process message after press button "Edit" - appear the message : "You are not the message processor. Enter your business partner as the message processor?"

How to remove this check?

I need to remove this check.

Hello Alexey,

I'm afraid this check is hard coded... To remove it you will have to make a webdynpro enhancement which requires some ABAP skills.

Hi Folks,

I have the problem the other way round - we want to have the popup, but it does not show up at our own transaction type.

Does anybody have a clue how to get it back again?
