0VTC - Reference to one location is not identified uniquely

Dear Gurus,

I want to have automatic determination of Route at sales order level.

I have followed configuration instructions from other colleagues here on this forum and mainly the route determination process from Logistics Execution.

Still, after all my customization, the route is not automatically picked up in the sales order.

I have the following question: Could the problem come from an assignment problem from the T-Code

0VTC: "Define Routes & Stages/ Transport Connection Point/ Reference Shipping Point/ Plant

The system prompts me to populate the following fields:

Ship.pt./Load.pt. /

Plant/StLoc. /

Whse no. / Door /

When I try to populate the 2 first ones for a shipping point and a loading point

or

Plant/ storage location

The system sends me this message of error: Reference to one location is not identified uniquely

In the tab: reference/ vendor, I have indicated my customer number in that case 100277

1- Can the absence of automatic route determination at sales order level come from this specific part?

2- What can I do to solve the problem in this part?

Please advise

Chris

Hi Chris !

1) you should activate scheduling for sales order switch on in route .

2) at the same time you should enable dlvy and scheduling to activate for sales doc.
