Where can I find a list of actual patches for ISH / ISH.med , 6.04?

Hi Johannes,

you can find the list of support packages on the SAP Service Marketplace under the quick link /patches (http://service.sap.com/patches).

From the navigation bar choose Support Packages and Patches - Entry by Application Group, then choose SAP Application Components, SAP ERP, SAP ERP Enhancement Package, EHP4 FOR SAP ERP 6.0, Entry by component.

Choose component Hospital.

Release information for individual IS-H support packages can be found on the SAP Service Marketplace under the quick link /healthcare-releasenotes (htp://service.sap.com/healthcare-releasenotes) choosing Release Notes for Add-On Support Packages.
