Quality Notification message alert to external vendors

Hi Experts,

Send notification alert to vendors (external) from quality notification (type F2) from QM02 or ISQ2.

Function module u201CQM06_FM_TASK_SEND_PAPER_ATTACHu201D not picking up the vendor addresses at pop up window. Pop up window shows partner details, example Coordinator, vendor and planner details.

Pop up window should show vendor addresses also.

How to incorporate the vendor address in the pop up window?

How to avoid repition of sending on the alert from different users?

Hi Experts,

This issue is resolved for Sending notification alert to vendors (external) from quality notification (type F2) from QM02 or ISQ2.

Function module u201CQM06_FM_TASK_SEND_PAPER_ATTACHu201D is working fine and picking up the vendor addresses at pop up window if vendor master has vendor mail id and popup window shows a new message line item with other partner details, example Coordinator, vendor and planner details.

Select the new message line item for sending mail address to send mail.

and mail cannot be send for multiple address, only one mail id is possible in std.

I have gone through many QM function modules, each one has its specific functionality, but for our requirement is different from the existing ones, hence, we need to copy and modify the FM u201CQM06_FM_TASK_SEND_PAPER_ATTACHu201D for as per our requirement?

The following functionality to be incorporated in the new function module.

1. Should pickup vendor master email addresses at the pop up window and send mail successfully.

2. Function module should restrict resending mail from multiple users and etc.,
