HR triggered request with roles

Hi all,

with CUP 5.3 SP13 and HR triggered requests:

Is it possible to automatically attach roles to the request based on values in an infotype?

We have not maintained jobs and positions with roles in HR.

Hi, thanks for your reply.

Unfortunately in your linked documentation that our case (direct provisioning with roles) from HR triggers are not possible.

Anyway, we now have an answer.
