Hello everyone,
According IT Performance Reporting setup guides, CPH data should be migrated to CCMS cubes as they are not necessary any more. We are supposed to avoid duplicate same data in different locations. However, if I want to include availability data in my Service Level Reports, I have to set up CPH, as it looks SLR is using CPH as source of data.
Is this some kind of inconsistency? Do you know if CCMS cubes can be used as source of availability data in Service Level Reports?
Thanks a lot for your answers and kind regards,
Fermí

Hi,
You have option to select
Monitoring Objects from BI Monitoring Objects from BI
when you setup Service Levle Reporting.
Where you have options like the following
Exceptions ABAP ABAP Runtime Errors
Exceptions ABAP ABAP Update Errors
Performance ABAP Avg. Background Response Time
Performance ABAP Avg. Dialog Response Time
Performance ABAP Avg. HTTP Response Time
Performance ABAP Avg. RFC Response Time
Performance ABAP Avg. Update Response Time
Exceptions JAVA J2EE Dumps

You can also maintain custom queries with your own infoproviders.
Hope this answers your question. Feel free to revert back.
