Delivery date

Hi,

We have some delivery documents in which system is showing document date ( LIKP-BLDAT ) as 20/10/1014,20/10/1102

everything is maintained proporly means factory calender.

why the system is showing date like this ? what are the probable reasons?

Hi,

How do you create your deliveries?

Are you using standard transactions like VL01N etc. or are the deliveries potentially created via idocs from external system?

This type of error usually appears when there is different date formatting defined in different systems, and then incoming idocs have incorrect date defined.

you are saying that for some delivery documents only its happening.

please go to thier profiles and check their date format and get back to me if any errors.

ist happening in all the transactions or only in delivery document?

Hi

LIKP-BLDAT is the Document date on which the delivery has been created.

It will be in editable mode some one might have changed the date.

You can check in the delivery if any one has changed the date.

In Vl02n form menu select Environment and then changes

you will get the details of any changes made to the delivery
