Service Desk Expert Mode

Hello,

When I try to get into the expert mode in service mesage,

Nothing happens

I tried to check if there is a autorization issue but all permission are given to the message processor

With some users I can access and with others I can only acces when I open directly in expert mode (not workin when switching from web to expert mode)

Do you have an idea how this could be fixed ?

Hello Patrick,

This is very likely an authorization issue to the transaction. What I would personally do is see the authorizations from a working user as you indicate that for some it does work and then match it with a non-working user.

Also, when you say this works for some users and not others, is this all on the same system? If not, I would check the browser settings also.

Unfortunately the note cannot be implemented.

Yes it could be a authorization issue, but nothing relevant in su53 and no message.

I gave all the rights to the standard message processor rôles but still nothing new

Is the Expert mode not intended for message processors ?
