Hi,

Use the CC Debugger. If you are able to pull the users/roles, it means the connection is active.

Hello Abderrahim,

Many ways to test that.......

Most simple one is do risk analysis on ONE role or ONE user (who have conflict) and RAR will return result.

this is best way to check your RAR (CC 5.X) before you start Sync and Batch job.
