Fixed bin replenishment

Hello!

Could anybody explain if there is possibility to do replenishment of fixed bins for vendor consignment material.

When creating requirement the special stock indicator is left blank. Are there settings to fill in information in transfer requirement automatically? Can I use some exit?

Hello there,

Transfer requirements for replenishment are always created without special stock number. This is standard.

In order to create replenishment from consignment stock, it is necessary to use the stock determination.

In customizing in Material Management -> Inventory Management-> Stock Determination you should firstly define a rule for the

stock determination and in the next point assign the rule to the used movement type (-> Assign Stock Determination Rule in the Applications -> Warehouse Management).

In the stock determination strategy you can define, that the system search for stock in unrestricted use first and then in consignment stock (or vice versa).
