Hi,
When requestor and approver try to attach some files in CUP, It says "No folder available to save attachments".Any solution.

Please go to CUP Configuration--> Attachments
GIve the path of the folder in this field. Make sure the folder is writable (has necessary rights)

Hi,
If the file location is in Unix system, you have to use / instead of \. This will cause similar issues. Also, give read/write permission to J2EE_ADMIN user and <SID>ADM.
NOTE - Incase of Windows server, ensure that you are giving Administrative rights to both the users for the folder.
This should resolve the issue.
