Hi Everyone,

I have scenario (file to idoc) , when idoc is posted successfully in SAP, it will update a table. based on the entries in the table, a proxy will be triggered and the details are sent back to PI, then PI places the record details in archive folder (AL11) and as well as updates the third party FTP directory/server.

archive folder and FTP directory has separate

As now, the records, which are updating in archive folder and FTP directory or not same.

Can anyone..tell me the reason of the mismatch or what's the way to check or synchronized the same data.

Thanks,

Manju.

Hi Manju,

Please check the Communication Channel monitoring for File Adapter in RWB. If any authentication / authorization problem is there in FTP, you can find it.

Hi Manju,

there might be error in processing, did you check out RWB ? Compare mess payloads your are sending to your channels. Ensure the config in RCV CC is indetical, e.g. if oyu are using content conversion that it is same for both of CCs.
