Hi all,
I'm working with incident management.
Final user creates the message from the ERP (4.7 in this case) with the component proposed according to the transacion where is working on.
The problem is that the componet list in 4.7 is outdated and, in some situations, diferent to the list available in service desk.
I would like to know if there are some simple procedure to update the component list in 4.7

te list updated by the report DSWP_GET_CSN_COMPONENTS, it should already sceduled by the periodic job, SM:GET CSN COMPONENTS either weekly or daily manner.
pls chk and schedule the job
