Customizing Distribution + ChaRM

Hi experts,

as mentioned in the subject already, does anyone know how ChaRM and Customizing Distribution work together?

Do I need to create empty requests in DEV systems via ChaRM which can be selected/used for cust. distribution?

Or can I create requests in cust. distr. which can be attached to/registered in ChaRM?

Does it work together anyway?

Hi Christian

In my esperience the Customizing Distribution simply transfer data from Master to Receiver system. Transport Requests are created locally on both Master and Receiver systems.

You can create the Transport request both manually and automatically using Customizing Distribution. What is important is that all Transport request are assigned to the Customizing Distribution project.
