Hi Sateesh,

EWA e-mails:

Did you configure e-mail recepients in Transaction Solution_Manager --> Edit menu --> Automatic E-mail transmission and adding e-mail addresses?

Ofcourse, in addition to above prior configuration of SCOT shoud be done correctly.

Regards,

Krishna

Hello,

There are two different configurations with regards to a) sending red alert EWAs to SAP and b) receiving EWA via your Outlook email.

1. To send EWAs to SAP, please ensure the 'Send to SAP' and 'Send EWA notification' is checked on via tcode solman_ewa_admin. for the specific SID.

2. To send EWAs via your outlook email, you need to configure the email as outlined by the previous posters (sapconnect via spro, etc) Please check SAP Note 95741 - Troubleshooting automatic email transmission in SAP for more info.

kind regards,

Jared

Hello,

Are you sure you mean red rated, and not RED FLAGGED.

Because if the EWA is Red Flagegd in DSWP, then there will be no email or Sent to SAP, because the session data is

overdue and still on the satellite system. If it is red flagged, this would indicate there is 1) an issue witht he RFC back to Solman or 2) the SDCCN task is failing (check the logs for errors).

If it is actually red rated, then you would be able to open the EWA and see all the checks. If you click in the EWA

and it gives you the option to run SDCCN on the satellite system, then its red flagged. And the problem will be 1 or 2 above.

Hope this helps.

Paul

Hi,

Additionally, with regards to your red status report not being sent to SAP, please check your SDCC_OSS, SAP-OSS / SAPOSS RFC connections and ensure the relevant S-User to access SAP is still valid with a working password.

hi

if all the needed configuration done, there should nt be any cause for the problem.please check your SCOT configured under 000 Client, test yourself whether you able to send mail or nt, after conformed this you can verify DSWP whether automatic email transmission configuration was fine

if not please refer the below thread
