MDM Support Scope

Hi Friends,

I am new to MDM and I need some basic information regarding SAP MDM. I need some brief information about the types of Issues ( categorization ) which a customer can face after an MDM implementation and what is the overall scope of MDM Support Project ?

Hmmm too general question about MDM. I would suggest to explore MDM as first step to get into it:
