Matrial Group/Service Group

Hi Guru

While doing Easy cost planning for Activity. In the Item Category field when i am selecting M and given the Material Number and Quantity the Material Group automatically updated .

But when i am selecting Item Category N the given service number and Quantity the material group not updated. Please tell me any thing i am missing.

Enter the material/ service group in the Service master record (AC03).

Material Grp is already maintained in the service master. but still its not come.

Can you please let us know in which transaction you are getting this problem?

I have tried all the ECP trnx, I am not able to find the field material group.

I have tried this, but I have not found the material/service group in the screen from the choose layout option.

we are using ECC6 -EHP 4 version

I checked in my system, the service group is not picked from service master in ECP. May be you should search for OSS notes.
