First thing is that you are not using the correct device type for the Ricoh printer model that you mentioned, check the device types that are compatible with your printer using the following sap note:
458047 - Device types offered by Ricoh
This note also lists the features supported by these device types for Ricoh.
And you should be using the wizard provided by SAP, follow this sap note for that:
1036961 - Device type selection wizard in transaction SPAD

This sap note, that I mentioned earlier:
458047 - Device types offered by Ricoh
It mentions about the functions supported:
The ZA001vvv/ZA002vvv/ZA00Uvvv device types support the following
functions:
Input bin / Output bin
Stapling mode / Punching mode
Paper type / Fuser control
Duplex mode
Job offset
Resolution
Number of Copies & Collation
EconoMode / Toner saving
Auto Tray Change/Switching
Edge Enhancement/Smoothing
Paper size
Orientation
Character set / Symbol set
Color printing
Slip sheet
Edge-to-edge mode
And that mentions "Orientation" so it should support landscape/portrait.
