Netweaver 7.3 vs Netweaver 7.02?

Can someone please explain the difference between the much touted new Netweaver 7.3 platform and the latest EhP release for Netweaver 7 - i.e. 7.02??

They both seem to be scheduled to become GA in the not to distant future, but I can't find any information that compares the two side by side. Hopefully it's just me, and the rest of the customer base are not simarlily confused.

I know of quite a few customers that are looking to do ERP ugrades to ERP EhP5 and NW EhP2 next year, so where does NW 7.3 fit into the picture, if at all?

SAP NW 7.02 is out of ramp-up but 7.3 is in ramp-up.
