Client copy,users are copied and not all profiles are copied.

Hi,

after client copy,from production to one of QA system QA-1, users are copied but some of roles(composite and single roles) are not copied to users. Any solution what has to be select during export/import client copy of profiles option.We are using CUA.

Are there any post refresh steps for security to perform and in CUA System showing same roles for users as in QA-1 system.So,nothing can be perform in CUA system and all rfc connections are fine.

Hi,

This is because the user data is maintained in the central system. I recommend you go throught the below SAP Notes:

SAP Note - 191207 - Client copy and central user admin

SAP Note - 399917 - CUA: Moving of a CUA via Client or System Copy

SAP Note - 355713 - User masters during client copy.

You will be able to resolve the issue by following the steps mentioned in these notes.
