Diagnostic setup for dual systems and SMSY config

Former Member

We recently upgraded our Solman to v7.01 sp23 ehp1 sp06.

I notice that when running diagnostic setup on a managed dual system (abap/java) such as CRM and XI, there are 2 entries for the system instead of one with types abap and java. Has this changed from sp19 ?

Hi,

Yes it is right for dual systems that create two system types with ABAP and JAVA.

I had configured my diagnostics with SP23 and the same entries has been created.

I am not sure how it looks with SP19 or less.

You can check the workload analysis selecting System or individual type at a time and analyse the graphs and performance history.

Thank you. It changed from sp19 where there is only one entry for a dual system. Is there an updated document for managed system setup of diagnostics?

For dual stack, what is the java message server port and jump in port ?
