HTTP to file

Hello,

I want to setup a scenario where I am receiving a request via http and then I want to pick up a file from an ftp server, convert it to XML and send it synchronously back to the client.

If you have any pointers or hints for this kind of scenario, I would be grateful.

I am a little bit confused on how to set the whole thing up, which service interfaces I need and so on.
