Re login asked when the user changes services

Hello All,

We are on SRM 4.0SP08 srmserver 5.0.

We have published our services on integrated ITS.

Now the problem is when a user is changing services i.e. switching from check status to shop or

may be check status to approve

A relogin pop up appears which demands login to SRM server.

This is annoying and undesired for our users.

How to stop this?

We have referred note nos. 546748 and 537700.

But no success.

Anybody faced and solved this issue?

Is this login always re-appearing, regardless on the time passing by between the switch?

What are your timeout settings?

In transaction RZ11:

rdisp/gui_auto_logout

rdisp/plugin_auto_logout (default is 30 minutes)

login/ticket_expiration_time

There are some explanations concerning timeouts in notes 705013 and 885580.

Have you set a session-timeout in your SICF services (BBPSC01, 02, 03, BBPSTART, ...)?
