knock off entry

For about 500 batches, I have done 501, 413 and then 601 movt. But while 413 movt, --ve and +ve quant created as below.

Batch -ve qty SO item 10 St. location(3210) st type-922, bin-TRZONE

Batch +ve qty SO item 70 St. ocation(WM01) st type-922, bin-TRZONE

There is no IM stock. but I have above +ve and -ve stock qty. When I am doing LT10, system is creating TO but source and dest both is having line item 70 only and hence knock off is not happening.

How can I knock off these entries? Pl. help.
