srm Implemetation time approximation

Hi Masters

I have one question,. maybe hard to answer how mutch time of implementation is average to implements.

self services, Services Procurement ECS escenary +

SRM/MM SUS

I know is dificult but under your experiences how long time is requiered to implementation the above escenary and if possible the consultans needed.

could you make reference of your experiences on implementations.

Yeap, I think with 6 months and 2 functional consultants and 1 abap and 1 basis you can do it.
