ChaRM time out and issue with ChaRM while releasing transport out of ChaRM

Hi,

we had an issue where ChaRM was timing out while the import was running. To fix this issue the transport has been released manually by opening the CTS switch and CTS switch is closed back again after releasing the transport. However change manager has got couple of errors when trying to complete this document which reads '' status was reset by system", "Task list has not been completed yet"

It appears that these errors occured as the transport has been released outside of ChaRM. I request some one to advise how to resolve issues when a transport is been released outside of ChaRM.

Hi Chaitanya.

Try using action "Recheck Correction" in your Change Document.

If you didn't setup this action in your system, you can go to the Task List and try executing the task "Correct Import Manually" (under the "General Task" folder). If the transport that you have released manually is still showing here,

you can flag this as "error corrected".

Then you can complete the Task List by using the "Status" button (Set Project/Phase Status button) in the Task List and choose "Complete".
