NWBC problem with document approval
Hi all gurus,
we're facing a strange behaviour on an SRM 7 system; when an approver selects a workitem from NWBC, buttons on top (like Approve, in example) are disabled and in the message notification area a problem "No default action found for task TS40007980" arise.
Messages are properly:
"No default action found for task TS40007980 " for Contracts, and
"No default action found for task TS40007974" for Purchase Orders.
This happens only when we work under the Netweaver Business Client. When the same operations are done from Portal, no message occours and buttons are correctly enabled.
We tried to search for specific notes or threads in the forum but without success.
Can anyone give us an hint/suggestion on how to solve it?
Did you resolve your issue. I came across a similar NWBC only issue but for me it only occuried when trying to open the actual workitem (details). I resolved it via note: 1409276 - Not all tasks have default action in inbox config

This updates the Inbox system configuration tables
