Create QM notification in simplified view

Hi Experts,

It is not possible for me to create a notification type for which notifications can be created in the simplified view.

IQS22 and IQS23 work as expected, but IQS21 has the same result as IQS1 (extended view).

I have maintained in IMG - QM - quality notification - overview of notification type:

Notification type: V1

screen structure for simplified view:

activity cat. empty

screen area 1: 010 - processing

screen area 2: 031 - subject and long text

If I change the notification via IQS22 or display via IQS23 the correct simplified view is shown.

If I create it via IQS21 the extended view is shown (the same as IQS1).

Anybody knows how to proceed?

Check configuration 'Allocate Start Values for Transactions'

Menu path: Customizing > Quality Management > Quality Notifications > Notification Creation > Notification Type > Allocate Start Values for Transactions

Choose transaction code 'IQS21' and check that 'Initial funct. code' is 'EMEL' (Notification header, simple).
