Client Copy Error - ERROR: Type 'F' user exit with SYS_ERROR:

Hello,

We want to create a client copy from client 001 to clien 715.

The client copy test runs successfully.

The following error occurs in normal mode of client copy.

Now I Have create a RFC connection with snote 305634.

Now I get following error during client copy

I have find out, that the function ""/SAPAPO/OM_CLNT_COPY_DOWNLOAD" dosn't exist.

How can I create this function

Hi,

The fix for the issue is make sure that Live Cache is stopped before you start with Client copy and start Livecache once client copy is completed.If you see RFC errors in filesystemlog(SCC3 Client copy log),check for RFC destinations of both source and client -Test connection,authorization check and correct accordingly.
