Search Help (F4) - error

Hi,

i want to implement an F4 Search Help on my ITS Service. The templates are generated with itsmobile.

But if I test the Service at my browser and press F4 at the textfield i get the following error:

"Error ITS_UNDEFINED_NAT_FUNCTION occured. P1=templates/iac/dm/searchhelp.html P2=d_makeButton P3=d_makeButton"

Someone can help me?

What i have done is:

1. I have created my own serach help (se11) i. e. ZZ_Search

2. Use this search help at the attribute (Search Help) of the textfield in the screen painter.

3. Activate it and generate the templates.

What is your BASIS Support Pack and Kernel.

Also what are the parameters you have set for your ITSMobile Service via transaction /nSICF?

Hi,

thx for your answer, we use SAP ECC 6.0 with Support Pack SAPKB70021.

I use the following parameters:

~Theme = 90

~Transaction = transaction of the dynpro

~Sources = Path of the templates

~Generateddynpro = 0

~Useragentcheck = 0

~_Domainrelaxed = 1

~itsmobile = 1

At the moment i had no time to look at your links, I will do this and give you feedback.

Today i read your links, but they didn't help me with my problem.

Maybe we can do this with a little example.

- One Dynpro with one field for flight-data "sflight-carrid" for example.

- Generate the templates with itsgenmobile.

What do I have to do to get an search help (in my Browser) which shows me all data of "sflight-carrid" and inherit the selected data into the field.

Hi Phil,

Did you find a solution to this?

I am also into the same situation. I need F4 on EBELN (PO Number). I am using the standard search help MEKK_C in the screen field attribute. Working fine on ECC but on the browser not working.

I was looking at ITSMOBILE01 and its working perfect on my system.

Here also ECC 6.0 and BASIS - SAPKB70106.

Please let me know the solution to this.

Hi Phil,

This is the SAP Note : 1115979, asking to import a support pack to resolve the error . But I am working on the latest basis support pack here and getting the same error.

Check it out, may be some help for you.

The F4 option for ITSMOBILE01 service is working fine on my system. the same filed I tried to add in my screen and execute but getting ITS_UNDEFINED_NAT_FUNCTION.

It seems more of the custom application error.

I ll keep trying and keep posted.

Hi,

i knew the note you posted, but I have "sapkb70021" so it shouldn't be a problem with the package.

Furthermore this is not my most important task(problem ) at the moment.

Pls give feedback if you find any solution.

Phil,

check are you link the standard service ITSmobile (by ~source in SICF transaction) , another solution is you copy a template SEARCHHELP in your own ZZ_ service.
