I am planning to upgrade our existing SAP Solution Maardsnager 4.0

to SAP Solution Manager 7.0 EHP1.

Can you please guide us with the steps.

Once you have installed SAP Solution Manager with NON UNICODE is there a way to move to UNICODE?

You must make a unicode conversion with a system copy to perform this task.

We have an old installation of solution manager (7.0 sp8) and we want install a new installation of solution manager (7.1 sp21).

There is some data on my old solman installation that I need on my new solman.

Is it any way to do Migration of my projects data and documentation from old solution manager to new one? Is it any document, help?

Hello Reza,

I am not sure of the changes in the project structure from SP8 to EHP1 for Solution Manager 7, but there is a tool, SOLAR_MIGRATION.
