Dear Experts:
I have encounted one issue when creating billing request using DP90 with reference to a service order,
Pricing procedure with following condtion types:ZH02&ZH03
system has two duplicate lines for condition ZH02, however not carry out ZH03
when using "Analysis" to double check, for condition :ZH03, warning following message:that the condition record exists, but has not been set in the document
this issue can solved by using "update"--carry out new pricing
can anyone tell me the possible reason for this issue?
PS:service order is created by IW31,do there has copy control between sales order and service order ?it seems that system create pricing automatically when using DP90
Hi,
I am not in touch with CS configuration, but I want to share following points which may help you resolve your problem.
From Service Order-> Cos ->Actuals, based on the DIP profile configuration, Dummy line items get determined at Debit Memo request through DP90. Pricing procedure is determined based on the Same SD Pricing Criteria -> 1) Customer pricing procedure
2) Document Pricing Procedure
3) Sales Area Pricing procedure.
Now if at Debit Memo-> Conditions tab if u find unwanted pricing conditions then kindly check the setting done(mandatory etc) at pricing , defining the Condition types & Condition records, u are most like to get your solution here.
With Best Regards,
RB
