Hi All
Can any one explain me the when to use Web Dynpro Java and When to use Web Dynpro ABAP?
Thanks
Hi,
It depends on your project, on the developer skills, etc. There is no rules for that.
I mean, you can use webdynpro abap to develop web based applications using the SE80 framework, which is well known by the ABAP developers. If you are a Java developer, then it would be better to use the webdynpro java.
Anyway, it depends on the kind of applications you need. Are you working in the java or abap side of the platform?
It is quite easy to find discussions about this matter just by making an easy search in Google.
Regards,
Désiré

hi,
it depends on the requirements you are given with for a project. wed dynpro abap has an advantage of alv whereas web dynpro java can have mobile run applications also. so according to the requirement given we decide which will be better .
hope this solves your query.
thanks.
