immediate TO

I have set immediate TO settings. But sometimes immediate transfer order is not created. For that I want to set up external mail.

What setting is required to set up mail control?

Hi,

Immediate TO creation may fail if the system cannot identify a quant uniquely for the TO.

The reaons for this can be many.

The external mail configuration can be controlled at WhN/movement type level config.

First setting in OMKZ and then OMLR (mail control)

When triggering WMTA output as immediate, Please do check that stocks are present in the correct storage type etc. As the WMTA triggering process in asynchronous, the output it triggers might indicate as green for success, but the TO will not be get created. Can have batch processing to resolve this. As this might not get caught in your error tracking procedure.
